Excuses Excuses


Right so after making a good start and playing a game with a brief report, I then go quiet for a week. But I have a vague excuse, I was planning on going to the gaming club and continuing my gaming on Thursday but instead I managed to get tickets to go and see Dara O'Briain and then spent the weekend in Oundle with the girl friend so all in all its not been a very geeky week and the toy soldiers are feeling rather neglected. In other better news though I got paid this week so headed straight down to games keeper our local RPG shop and picked up my own copy of rogue trader.

Rogue trader is a game I have previously played and loved (loved the most of the fantasy flight games), I have now decided its something that I want to run, I have quite a reputation with running campaigns of all shapes and sizes (My inquisitor campaign at the moment is stretching 2 years) but this will hopefully be nothing like that. So I've been having loads of ideas based around my setting and am now trying to work out how to create it within the rules which if I do say so seem to be very well written although the layout of the book is slightly strange in places.

So after some week excuses and a not very interesting post I promise that the week to come will not be more of the same.
